Files in the top-level directory from the latest check-in

A place for me [0] to put personal stuff that I don't mind sharing.

Software I put here might shamelessly hardcode things that only make sense for
me, like the paths to directories I do or don't want to back up. If you find
something here useful, please let me know and maybe
I'll clean it up.

The contents of this repository are licensed under the terms in the LICENCE
file, except that some configuration files under src/ncl/files are derived from
the default configuration files from the corresponding software projects, and
are licenced under the same terms as those default configuration files.
